Preparing for your Laboratory Visit

Visitors should come to the testing site alone unless the person visiting is dependent (child or other dependent) and requires a guardian’s care to support their visit, or the person visiting needs a translator. In such cases please bring only one additional person. 

If there is adequate room to maintain a safe social distance of 6 ft. from other visitors and staff members, you may be asked to wait in the waiting area 

If there is insufficient space, staff will ask you to wait in your car to maintain safe social distancing.
